On the 16th March we travelled down to Southend to take part in the inaugural Southend United FC’s “Blues Business Club”. This event showed the connection between local businesses and the football club. Hosted by Stan Collymore, who scored 15 goals in 30 appearances before his move to Nottingham Forest in 1993, the room was treated to a transparent conversation which the Management Team headed up by Kevin Maher.
It was important to make the lengthy 340 mile round trip to firstly thank Southend United FC for the opportunity to work with them and also meet some supporters and commercial partners that have purchased the 2023 calendars. We also took the opportunity to give those in the room an sneak peak of the new product that will be launched this summer.
